wedding day : trevor + danielle

This wintry wedding turned out to be not-so wintry with this crazy non-snow winter we are having.  I was actually pretty thankful that I didn't have to deal with the whole freezing/numbing hands stuff.

  Anyway, these two were an absolute dream to work with (as were their families).  They had everything planned and prepared from beginning to end just how they wanted, including an amazing swing dance in their wedding attire!  Weddings are just so fun.  Thanks for letting me be a part of your day Danielle and Trevor!  These two lovebirds are now enjoying life in med school together.  That is how cool they are :)

mcmullin family

Such a sweet little family!  I was lucky to capture them in their space with their new little ones and awesome 4 year old too.  Brittney was the winner of our giveaway we did back in the fall and she had envisioned a relaxed, real feel for our session.  So glad she did!  I love they way they turned out . . . and I was definitely feeling the black and white for this session.

henderson family

It is always a delight to hang out with the Hendersons!  This day was no exception :)  We took their family pictures last year, but they were missing one son who was on a mission.  I was excited to hear from Carrie that they needed an update with ALL the kids this year, which is quite a feat when half of your kids live across the country! 

I think I say this every time, but seriously these are some of my favorite people :)  Oh yeah, and I am of course partial to their Pizza Factory gear, which they wore so they could give a gift to their friends the Pizza Factory owners.  See what I mean?  They are awesome.

(Watching the family try and get Lon to do a "tough guy pose" was probably my favorite.)

danielle : bridals

I am finally able to post Danielle's beautiful bridals that we took this summer.  They were married a couple days ago and she was keeping her dress a secret from her fiance, so I decided I better not chance him taking a peek at the blog.  Danielle is a lovely person, inside and out, I think it's easy to see.    

goodman family

I have a special place in my heart for families with all girls, because that's what I have.  I remember people always saying "your poor Dad!" . . . and it made me mad!  ha!  I always thought my Dad thought himself pretty lucky.  I wonder if her really did though? :)  I have no doubt that this Dad below feels pretty lucky to have these three (I mean 4) cute girls in his family.  How could you not be?     

logan & clara

Logan got to dress himself, completing the outfit with beanie and cowboy boots.  You can tell he was loving it, cause we seriously got some of the silliest/cutest photos of him.  And little Clara, yeah, she is just adorable.  I feel pretty lucky to have been able to catch these kiddos in action.

Bear with me here on this blog as I try and catch up on all these great people I have hung out with in the last month!  It has been oh-so fun!  And, as with everyone this time of year, I am just trying to get on top of everything. 

Anyway, this awesome family is one that you definitely won't want to miss.  Seriously.  They are really, really good looking and fun!
